This was my first time here, we walked down from my cousin's house for breakfast. They were fairly busy when we should up. They have both indoor and outdoor dining areas, most of the outdoor seating is covered. It was very clean, and the staff we friendly. I ordered the Brie, Bacon and Caramelized Onion sandwich, it was pretty good but could have used some more Brie on it. My cousin had the Salmon and Brie, she said it was good. The brioche french toast my daughter had was light and fluffy. They were out of several breakfast items on their menu, which was disappointing but we loved what we ended up with.

I'm really glad my friend and I came across this brunch place, it was delicious and affordable! It's really small inside with a few tables but they do have outdoor seating with shade. I actually really loved the vibe here and it felt much more relaxed than other brunch places I've been to. They allow dogs too (maybe I enjoyed my experience even more since a dog was sitting by me the whole time haha). I ordered the Breakfast Sandwich, $10 but $2 extra for protein such as bacon, chorizo, ham, or turkey. The sandwich was huge and I thought it was worth the price. My friend got the Huevos Rancheros and let me taste it, it was bomb! Highly recommend that dish. There's parking spots right outside and you can also find street parking. It's not located on a super busy street so luckily it wasn't stressful for us to find parking. I think this place truly lived up to its name--it truly was scrumptious!

This place is like an oasis. The outside seating area is set off to the side and provides plenty of shade as well as peace from Weho traffic whizzing by. The indoor area is nice as well but on the small side. At lunchtime today, we were easily able to seat ourselves. It was slightly busy but not bumping. We were served quickly despite the fact that our server was covering the entire outdoor area. He was kind and attentive which was great. Everything we needed was quickly delivered to us. So we ordered the bruschetta avocado toast with potatoes and the banana nutella french toast. The avocado toast was a major win. The perfect balance of flavors. It was generously topped with tomatoes and parmesan. The balsamic drizzle was the perfect tangy accompaniment. They got just the right amount on top too. Like, a little more would have been aggressive and a little less and I could've missed it. The potatoes were also really good but could have used just a small shake of salt. I NEVER use the salt shaker but did sprinkle some on top of these tots. If I'm saying something needs salt- it honestly needed salt. Nbd though because I did really enjoy them nonetheless. Now, the French Toast was ordered for the kiddos at the table. BUT far be it from me to look but not taste. I did it for the yelp, okay? The bread was a nice thick cut. It was battered well and cooked right but because the bread was so thick I think a thicker spread of Nutella was necessary. It got a bit lost in there. The addition of the mascarpone whipped cream was for sure the highlight. It was fresh and not too sweet. I'd definitely come back again and can't wait to do so. There was parking and it was easy and pleasant.

Scrumptious is the best word to describe the food at scrumptious café and bakery. We'd stop by one of our favorite breakfast joints, but the wait was over an hour and a half and we opted to go elsewhere for breakfast/brunch. This is one of those thank goodness for Yelp moments. Scrumptious café and bakery is located on a small side street in a converted from home to restaurant location. It's small, quaint, and just the perfect place for Sunday brunch. I love the fact that it is so unassuming, and a gem of a find They have vegan/vegetarian options, and overall their food is not that overly seasoned mass quantities of food that you will find it some breakfast places. Everything tastes like it is made from scratch/made to order. The side of potatoes that comes with many of the dishes, is just that a small side. You don't feel like you're over eating. I will say that I did toss a little bit of salt on the potatoes because of how lightly seasoned they were. The egg dish that I ordered is made in the pan and presented that way. The eggs are ooey goodness, with cheese and meet. A perfect taste sensation. The French toast is plentiful, and again not flavored to the point of not actually enjoying the true food. The syrup is light and not overly sweet. The hot chocolate that we ordered was indicative of the food. It was pretty much a kin to Mexican hot chocolate were again it was not overly sweet, but still chocolatey goodness. I had ordered a coffee that actually is called scrumptious coffee and is a house/customer favorite. The service is quick, fast and beyond courteous. Our waitress was lovely and made sure we had our food served to us not only in a timely basis, but she checked on us to see if there was anything else that we needed. Parking is almost impossible because of the fact that scrumptious is tucked into a neighborhood where permits are required for most street parking. If you are looking for something that is a little out of the ordinary, make it a scrumptious brunch!

The place is small and cute. We came on a Sunday afternoon and didn't have to wait long. The service was good. I ordered the bruschetta avocado cap read sandwich - these should be more aptly named "toast" as it is def not a sandwich, but the flavors were very delicious and I would order this again. The Brie and bacon grilled cheese was very good but could have used way more cheese. Like way more. The side salads that both came with were very nice. The ginger mint lemonade was refreshing and not too sweet which was perfect. They have a really bad fly problem on the patio. We could barely eat without swatting away at aggressive flies every thirty seconds. One flew right into my friends food. They honestly should set out fly traps and close their outdoor dumpsters. The experience really took away from our meal. I might be back though, just wouldn't come out of my way for it.

How scrumptious, you ask? Very. They specialize in breakfast and lunch dishes that vary from Huevos Rancheros to bruschetta with avocado sandwiches and a healthy amount of salads for your light weekday lunch. And since it is a bakery, they do have a sizable selection of delicious pastries to go with their superb coffee. The coffee cake is the go-to choice for most people, though cookies, scones, monkey bread, and sticky buns are also on the menu. They have a cozy little patio out back that, if it weren't for all the flies that make eating feel like a battle for who gets to touch your food first, would be the perfect brunching location. The indoor dining area is smaller and a bit more cramped, but still comfortable enough to enjoy a meal in case the tables outside are taken. Since it was a Sunday when I came here, I decided that an order of Brioche French Toast was in order, however, I have never been a fan of the artificial, overly-sweet concoction that is Nutella, so I kept mine nice and simple and went for the regular version with a mascarpone and fruit topping. The bread was decadently-fluffy and the fruit and mascarpone topping with a drizzle of syrup was all that I needed to do my little happy dance. I've also been on a French cuisine kick lately, so that Bacon and Brie Grilled Cheese Sandwich with Caramelized onions was a must. The bacon was thick & hearty, the melted cheese was wonderfully-creamy, and the bread was toasted to such perfection that I barely had to bite into it to make it fall apart in my mouth. The side salad I got with it was also really good. It's all about that dressing. If a protein-packed power breakfast is what you crave, go for their breakfast sandwich with scrambled eggs, avocado spread, and Jack & cheddar cheese. For an extra $2, you can also add ham, bacon, or soy-rizo. Which reminds me, this joint is quite vegetarian-friendly, which means you can substitute or eliminate most things that don't agree with your diet and order one of their healthier sides like Farro or blackened chicken, which tastes better than it sounds. Finally, their coffee, tea, and juice section is one of the more impressive ones I've seen. They have a particularly large selection of different lemonades. And the prices are surprisingly-low for such an establishment in this part of LA. So, why only 4 stars? Those pesky flies, man! I went to war with those buggers!

Right across the street from the beauty salon (Ra). Stopped by after my hair appointment to grab a bite for the ride home. Great menu selection and the lady who checked me out was nice and made some suggestions. Huge portions! Worth the prices. Highly recommend and hope to grab a bite here again after my next appointment.

Scrumptious is a cute little cafe with indoor and outdoor seating options. They serve up breakfast and lunch. It's full service seating but they also have a baked goods/ coffee counter to grab and go. The wait on a Sunday at 11 was about 20 minutes. It would've been shorter but pretty sure they forgot about us. Luckily, there was an open table after they had seated everyone so we reminded them we were waiting and they gave us the spot. The menu has a lot of options especially for those with dietary restrictions. They have a vegan scramble. They also have items like a breakfast sandwich and smoked salmon open faced sandwich. I wasn't too hungry so I picked off of everyone's plates and everything looked and tasted good. The potatoes were nicely seasoned. I enjoyed a scrumptious latte. It had cinnamon and condensed milk in it and was so good! I couldn't finish the whole thing there so they gave me a container to go! I highly recommend getting the latte (and iced!!)
